"💔 Heartbreaking NEWS: Parker Schnabel and Rick Ness Say Farewell to Gold Rush!"
Competition and rivalry are present in every industry and company in today’s economy. As shown in the episode about workers in the Alaskan mining industry, Parker is one of three of the most ruthless mining managers in Gold Rush.
Which of the two teams consisting of Schnobble and Rig Ness, who have an intriguing relationship, is the best? Clan Parker or Clan Rig? In this rivalry, picking a side is next to impossible.
If you want to know which team has more gold, it’s clearly Team Parker, because they’re out collecting every mine boss in the show and maybe even all of Alaska. John Schnapple had Schnapple as a mental assistant ever since he was a little boy.
The young man made his television debut at the tender age of 18 and has been in charge of his grandfather’s mining operations ever since, taking over at the age of 24. After already amassing over $13 million in gold, Parker Schmobble’s reputation has only gotten worse.
In Season 8, he succeeded in mining more than 6,000 ounces of gold, which was valued at $7.5 million. The year after that, Parker managed to mine 7,000 ounces of gold, which was valued at about $9 million. With each passing season, Schnavville has set ever loftier goals and shattered his own records.
Contrary to Parker Schnobble, Rick Net did not originate from a family of gold miners. He had his initial experience with the industry when he was only familiar with operating heavy machinery from his family’s construction business. Parker Schnobble hired him and his team in Season 3, but he picked up the ropes fast and became Parker’s trusted assistant.
After working for Parker for about 6 years, Ness made the decision to become his own boss in just a couple of years. It was a bold move, but it paid off in Season 9 when he managed to amass approximately 1,150 ounces of gold. An incredible feat considering it was his first rookie season.
As a result, there’s no value in comparing stolen gold. Team Rickness is the way to go if you’re a fan of underdog stories. Despite facing formidable miners like Tony Beets and Parker season after season, he manages to maintain his composure.
However, you are not obligated to cheer for just one team. You would back Parker and Rick equally if you were anything like us. Because of their history together and present animosity, the connection between Rick Ness and Parker Schnobble was investigated.
How close are the bonds between Rick Ness and beloved Parker Schnobble? They are still close friends though, so you should know that Rick Ness rose quickly through the ranks of Parker’s mining operations to become the second in charge in a matter of years. Becoming Parker’s trusted friend was a prerequisite for Ness to accomplish this feat.
The word that he wanted to leave the crew to start his own was broken to Schnobble by Ness. One of the last episodes of Season 8, Mining with Monsters, detailed his own.
“Despite my complete lack of business acumen, I feel like I’ve learned a lot in the past six or seven years of this. Just jump,” Rick advised just before he did so. “I’m doing okay where I am, but there’s a lot of danger and expense involved, so it would be terrifying. It would be a perfect 10 in my book. The playing cards, I am extremely indebted to you, man. I am not sure who else realizes how much.”
Responding to Rick’s choice, Parker said: “Put me in your shoes and I’d totally understand. In a similar situation, I would consider taking similar action. I find it difficult to remain angry while sitting here.”
The breakup was painful for everyone involved. Due to the power vacuum that was created when Parker left, Parker had to re-manage his whole workforce. Ness, meanwhile, had to risk all of his money on a group of inexperienced miners. Despite this, they remained friendly.
As previously mentioned by Parker, “His timing in informing me of this is quite commendable, and I am truly grateful to him. What makes me okay with this, as Parker mentioned on the show, is the possibility that we might part ways as friends and, God willing, be friends forever.”
He discussed the life-altering impact of Parker in an interview he did with Rick Ness about a month ago. His life took a turn for the better after meeting Schmobble, and he was already a successful Rolling Stones musician before they…
