PITTSBURGH — It is officially NFL Draft week and the Green Bay Packers are slated for a long wait before they can make their first selection at pick No. 52 in the second round.
In the aftermath of last year’s blockbuster Micah Parsons trade, Green Bay will be entering a draft without a first-round pick for the first time since 1986. The Packers had first-round picks in the 2008 and 2017 drafts, but ended up trading down and out of the first round on draft night those two years.
